Three-frame swing gate - suitable for low ceilings

This safety gate has been developed in order to solve two main problems:

- High loads under a low ceiling and/or

- A door in front of the gate.

The safety swing gate protects the operator during handling between different levels: in the closed position, the edge of the void is secured by a guardrail, and in the open position, the operator is behind the safety cage waiting for the loading operation to be completed.

But even the best safety installation cannot prevent human negligence or malice. If, despite the strict prohibition stipulated in the gate's operating instructions, the operator manipulates the closed guardrail on the edge of the void side while inside the safety gate, he puts himself in danger.

To avoid this situation, TRIAX has created the self-locking system for its T-type gates: it is impossible to manipulate the guardrail that face the void when it is closed because it is self-locking; in order to tilt the guard gate, the operator has to be outside the safety cage and manipulate the guardrail from the rails on the platform side.

TRIAX suggests this self-locking system as an option for its entire range of T-type safety gates.

All of our safety gates are custom-made according to the customer's specifications.

The pallet gate type T is TÜV-certified and made in France in our workshop at Marcilly en Villette.
